Excellent article. Two points. Regarding per-disposition. I met someone during one of my runs who related to me that in his family they were pre-disposed to diabetes and heart issues. He proceeded to list family members who were sick or had died from different diseases. Then he said, “Except for me; and that’s because I run”. Pre-disposition is not a guarantee. About “I have no time”. Time exercising is an investment not an expense. Thirty minutes of exercise nets a person one extra hour during the day though mental clarity, alertness, and not being tired.
