We know about dairy equipments , but we want to understand if we can eat a Lindt chocolate 90 % cocoa as it doesn’t contain milk. How can we differ from a dairy and dairy equipment ?

of many reports…so, my question is…Does the haschachas on packages, or buying fresh fruit and veggies MEAN that these kosher certifying companies have a “mashgiach tamidi” – from start to finish of the food chain and that we buy and trust as kosher…from start to finish – actually are?

A product on amazon is claiming it is OU certified even though there is no OU certification on the bottle. Can you verify whether it is kosher or not. The company is Crazy Korean Cooking and the product they claim is kosher is Non GMO Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili pepper flakes). In their response to a customer’s question, they stated, A: The pepper flakes are certified kosher by Orthodox Union.
