Rabbi :Stolper ZL was a visionary and pioneer in kiruv and Chizuk and understood the elements of Jewish continuity were predicated on Torah Avodah and Gmilus Chasadim The MIshnah and Gemara analyze what is an Av and a Toldah Much of what we see as parts of our coming ZL landscape such as a Shabbaton separate dancing at simchas and communal dinners and Tefilah in mechitza only shuls and NCSYers learning in Israel and building Torah observant families are the legacy of an Av not a Toldah

In 1965 I was active and president of the Augusta Ga NCSY. Augusta only had a small no of Orthodox Jews which I was one but I think we got about 20 people to the group. We spent many Shabbatom with rabbi Stolper with the other kids of ncsy in Charleston, savannah and Atlanta. I lived in Boston where my children went to Maimonides school. Both children made Aliyah
I am retired in BOCA raton and Jerusalem.

I’m grateful for all that Rabbi Stolper did. I joined the Great Neck, NY chapter in Dec 1962, soon becoming chapter, regional and national officer. NCSY led by Rabbi Stolper changed my life.
My husband and I have been in Israel since 1970, where our children and grandchildren now live.

My wife Marci and I are deeply grateful to Rabbi Stolper zt”l, NCSY and all those who supported this most important organization, for the impact that they had on our lives
